We tip our hats to the pioneers of Muncie’s fine dining scene
I believe that it is commonly understood that the restaurant business is a detail-oriented business and a lot of hard work. With this in mind, I sure would like to express my admiration for the other fine restaurateurs in our community. Kent and Steve at Vera Mae’s have given Muncie such a fine ‘fine dining’ bistro for so many years.
As we plow through this process of ‘putting it together’ we tip our hats to the pioneers of Muncie’s fine dining scene and humbly look forward to sharing the trail that they have blazed. I ran to the ER yesterday to check out chest pains. All’s good.
