A little menu preview for you today.

As our week finishes up so is the wallpaper in the Lounge. Nancy Duckworth is having an extra bit of fun placing the birds about the ceiling. I am imagining a customer, someday very soon, in the Dragonfly lounge enjoying our Korean duck wing appetizer. It is prepared in a smoked tea and ginger brine with a lemon grass gastrique and pickled vegetables.

OK, I guess I am feeling a little generous. People have been asking about some of our menu items so here it comes. I imagine that same guest moving on to our Persian lamb shank, slow roasted served with preserved lemon and golden raisin couscous and grilled asparagus with dukkah (a spice mix consisting of hazelnuts, cumin, coriander, sesame seeds, thyme and fresh mint)

For dessert, said guest may choose our orchard fruit and cheese board or an apple galette with homemade sweet corn ice cream with candied bacon crumbles. We will post it all soon.
