Today is the first day of summer.

Today is the first day of summer and I could not be happier with the growth of the garden; there is produce on every plant. The rainbow chard is especially robust. The weather this week has been very warm and rainy. This has been great for the gardens but has slowed other projects. Pridemark’s men have had a hard way to go of it.

The new outhouse is coming along nicely, the front wall is now framed in as are the interior walls separating the men’s side from the women’s side.

The Neely House Garden

Audrey, a writer from the Star Press visited us today to pursue a story about the conversion of the Neely house from a home to a restaurant. I believe she was truly intrigued.
